Thank you for visiting and shopping at LOREVUE. Here are the terms and conditions that make up our delivery policy.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1-3] business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we have a large number of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow a few extra days for delivery. If your order is significantly delayed, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.


Shipping Costs and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of purchase.

Standard delivery: [3-5 days]
Express delivery: [2-5 days]

Important: During Chinese New Year, there are expected delays on all orders.

Notice: Delivery may be delayed.

Important: Express shipping is not available for Hawaii or may take longer than usual.


Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

LOREVUE is not responsible for customs duties and taxes applicable to your order. Any charges imposed during or after shipment are the responsibility of the buyer (customs duties, taxes, etc.).


Compensation

LOREVUE is not responsible for products damaged or lost in transit. If you have received your order damaged, please contact the carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.

Please retain all packaging materials and damaged products before filing a claim.
